A deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your stay with less than 45 days notice. 
Please note that all rentals require the payment of a Security/Damage deposit, which is fully refundable in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement. 

7-night Summer rentals: check-in Friday 4pm, check-out Friday 11am.
